I specialize in personalized custom portraiture. Custom photography photo sessions are entirely different from your average discount cookie cutter studio type of session, where you are rushed through a 15 min session to get about a dozen of the same poses, backgrounds, props, lighting etc. etc. Yes, those studio’s offer cheap packages with hundreds of photos – but they’re all similar and boring, and variety and creativity is severely limited. Not only is a custom photography session tailored around both yours and your photographers’ creative vision, but it also results in unique images that showcase your personality with true emotion.

Blemishes, bruises, stretch marks and baby drool, can all magically disappear with a little TLC from your custom photographer, leaving you with images that focus on the beauty of YOU and not a temporary blemish. With custom photography, all of your photographs are individually processed by me in my digital darkroom to achieve the ideal color balance, saturation and unique creative feel. From bright & cheerful…… to dreamy & ethereal….. to gritty & grungy, your personality , location & clothing choices all portray a certain style that inspires your unique portraits. Your portrait session can take place in my home studio, in the comfort of your home, or an alternate indoor or outdoor location of your choice. On location sessions are perfect for larger families, energetic children and unique or special locations. In my home studio I offer small intimate sessions, perfect for black & white relationship portraiture, and traditional/formal portraiture (no more than 2 people at a time). I thrive on providing my clients with quality photography, personalized attention, and creative artistry in custom portraiture. I focus on capturing portraits that are fun, relaxed & natural, portraits that reflect your unique personal style and personality.
